Digitalisation of production processes and Dig.IT financing
The Dig.IT programme is a dedicated support instrument for the manufacturing sector, offering up to 850,000 PLN in non-repayable funding for digitalisation. The support takes the form of a 50% reimbursement of net costs and is aimed at mature enterprises planning to implement advanced IT technologies, process automation and raise the level of cybersecurity.
Who can take advantage of this opportunity?
The programme is precisely addressed to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that want to replace traditional management methods with a modern, digital architecture. If your company has been operating for at least 5 years and operates in one of the areas below, Dig.IT is for you:
Industrial processing: A broad range of production (Section C of PKD) – from metal products to the food and chemical industries.
Production services: Entities providing specialised repairs, overhauls or maintenance of industrial machinery for third parties.
How much can your company gain?
Financing under Dig.IT is a real relief for the investment budget. The programme reimburses 50% of the net costs incurred, which allows you to carry out bold technological projects with lower financial risk.
Grant value: You can apply for an amount from 150,000 PLN to 850,000 PLN.
Revenue limit: The maximum support may amount to up to 30% of your company's average annual net revenue over the last 3 years.
Stability: The programme rewards companies in good financial condition. Before the start we will jointly verify your profitability and debt ratios to guarantee that you pass the formal screening.
What exactly can you finance?
At Dig.IT we focus on systems that actually "work" for your profit. You can allocate the funds to:
Automation and analytics (BI): Implementation of ERP/MES-class systems and real-time data analysis tools.
Artificial intelligence (AI): Optimisation of production and decision-making processes using machine learning algorithms.
Cybersecurity: Full protection of data and processes (audits before and after implementation are an eligible cost).
Supplementary equipment: Up to 40% of the budget can be spent on necessary hardware (servers, computers) and employee training.
Schedule: When to start?
The programme rules are concrete and the window for submitting applications is short:
June 2026: This is the deadline for submitting the application documentation.
Preparation: Work is worth starting now with the mandatory Digital Maturity Test.
Disbursement: The reimbursement is paid in a lump sum after the project is completed and settled.
